It was great to meet the in-school leaders and leaders of Literacy at out first MKA meeting. Thank you for your schools contributions to the survey and your ideas on where to next for our Community of Learning.

Growing Great Leaders 2

This year we have participated in leadership growth coaching at Auckland University.

Growing Great Leaders™ level 2 used real-life problems from schools or communities of schools, and guided participants through the process of improvement while developing competence and skills in particular aspects of the improvement puzzle. These sessions guided teams through the cycle of inquiry, learning and taking action, involved everyone in reporting on the steps they have taken in-between sessions and provided the opportunity for group critique and advice.
